Drees Homes is seeking an energetic, customer-focused New Home Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong relationships, and deliver an exceptional homebuying experience in the Indianapolis area. In this role, you’ll guide prospective buyers through the home selection process while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while representing company products in alignment with established policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors through outreach, office visits, marketing efforts, and follow-up
  • Host and attend events to promote communities and generate leads
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product lines, home designs, communities, and local amenities
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers; conduct model home tours and presentations
  • Maintain a polished, inviting, and well-presented model home environment
  • Guide customers through site selection, home plans, and structural options
  • Utilize sales tools, contracts, CRM systems, and reporting processes effectively
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support sales success

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Schedule:

  • 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
  • Temporary base salary provided during first 3 months to support ramp-up
  • Weekend availability required
