Spinal Neurosurgeon Opportunity - Detroit, Michigan Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! An established multidisciplinary medical group in Detroit, Michigan is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-certified, fellowship-trained spinal neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed position. This role offers an opportunity to join a robust neurosciences program, supported by a newly accredited Neuro Critical Care Fellowship. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a mix of general neurosurgery and spine-based procedures.Maintain a schedule of approximately 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 operating room, procedural, or call days per week.Participate in a shared call rotation with five neurosurgeons and support from eight nurse practitioners providing 24/7 inpatient coverage.Utilize onsite PACS and advanced neuroimaging resources.Work primarily out of the downtown neurosurgery clinic with privileges at multiple facilities within the health system.Collaborate with experienced ancillary staff and participate in clinical research initiatives, if desired. RequirementsBoard Certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery.Completion of an accredited spine fellowship.Active Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain).Preferably 3-5 years of post-training experience.
