Job Title: EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer

Location: Reno, NV

Duration: 6 Months


Role Overview:

The EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer is responsible for delivering end-user support, managing IT operations, and ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding processes. This role supports endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, asset management, and data center operations while maintaining compliance with IT policies and service standards.


Key Responsibilities:User Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Execute end-to-end user onboarding (account creation, access provisioning, device setup)
  • Manage user offboarding (access revocation, data retention, asset recovery)
  • Ensure SLA adherence and audit compliance
  • Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams

End User Computing & Microsoft 365
  • Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Troubleshoot authentication, licensing, and access issues
  • Manage OS builds, upgrades, and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Administer Active Directory and Azure AD

Intune & Patch Management
  • Manage endpoints using device management tools
  • Configure and deploy OS updates, patches, and applications
  • Monitor patch compliance and remediate issues
  • Ensure endpoint security and policy compliance

SharePoint Support
  • Manage SharePoint Online access and permissions
  • Support document libraries and collaboration tools
  • Assist users with document management and workflows
  • Coordinate governance and site management activities

Inventory & Asset Management
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records
  • Conduct asset audits and reconciliation
  • Track asset lifecycle during onboarding/offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with asset and security policies

Data Center Support
  • Perform on-site operational tasks (rack & stack, cabling, hardware support)
  • Handle troubleshooting tasks such as power cycling and component replacement
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams during incidents
  • Follow data center safety and operational procedures

Operations & Governance
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and changes via ITSM tools
  • Ensure SLA compliance and proper documentation
  • Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  • Support audit and compliance activities

Technical Skills Required:
  • Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Active Directory and Azure AD
