Help Our Sales Team Win More Business
Alliance Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in Reno, NV to support our Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and help drive growth across our commercial business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, building relationships, and playing a key role in growing an established sales organization.
As an ISR, you will be the day-to-day resource for both customers and our outside sales team. You will prepare quotes, manage customer requests, resolve issues, re-engage dormant accounts, and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Regional Account Managers to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations quickly and accurately.
  • Work directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Proactively contact customers who have not purchased recently and work to re-establish business relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow smaller accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and vendor partners to ensure successful order execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Become knowledgeable in Alliance's product portfolio and provide consultative sales support.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience (distribution or technology industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to help customers and grow business.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation
Year One Compensation
  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus
  • Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to $15,000
