Who are we looking for?

We seek an experienced operations Manager with 12+ years of expertise in network infrastructure, project management, and client engagement. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership and commercial acumen, capable of driving complex network projects from RFP response through delivery and financial closure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Lead technical analysis and response for Network RFPs, collaborating with solution architects and sales teams.
  • Draft and finalize Statements of Work (SOW) detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying network and data center infrastructure.
  • Hands-on and leadership experience around enduser workplace technology and services
  • Knowledge in Application packaging (APPV, MISX, Cloud paging) and Workspace ONE will be an added advantage
  • Ensure all proposals are commercially viable and technically robust.
  • Develop detailed pricing models and effort estimates for network and data center projects.
  • Work with finance and delivery teams to ensure estimates align with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Track and optimize project costs to ensure profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of technical professionals.
  • Set clear goals, monitor deliverables, and maintain scorecards for team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and organize upskilling programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly decks for project status reviews with internal leadership and clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and test plans.
  • Report on SLA compliance, team performance, and project milestones.
  • Own the project P&L, ensuring financial targets and required margins are met.
  • Analyze financial performance and create recovery plans when margins are at risk.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance profitability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Implement best practices in network delivery and project management.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting SLA compliance and project success.

Qualification

  • 12+ years of experience in network infrastructure and project management.
  • Minimum 7+ years in project leadership roles.
  • Proven experience with Network and Data Centre Infrastructure deployment.
  • Strong background in technical analysis for RFPs and SOWs.
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification: (Good to have)

  • PMP, Prince2, ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
