Business Systems Analyst – Alajuela, Costa Rica

Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica (Flexipark, San Rafael)

Reports to: Enterprise Applications Manager

Join ATL Technology’s Costa Rica team as a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize Infor CSI and enterprise platforms like Workday, Workfront, and Autodesk Fusion Manage in a regulated medical device environment. You’ll partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and HR to improve processes, data, and user experience. Spanish native + excellent English required.

Qualifications
  • Native Spanish and excellent English (written/spoken).
  • Hands‑on Infor CSI/SyteLine experience in manufacturing/supply chain.
  • Functional support experience with at least one major enterprise platform (Workday, Workfront, PLM, or OneStream).
  • Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
  • Strong process analysis, documentation, and UAT leadership skills.
  • Basic SQL.
  • Nice‑to‑have: Infor OS/Mongoose, ION, Factory Track, QCS; IDO/querying skills.
  • Power BI, Azure Synapse, basic Python.
  • Exposure to Change Control processes and process mining concepts.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 4–7+ years in ERP/enterprise applications BSA roles, including 2+ years with CSI.
Responsibilities
  • ERP Ownership – Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine): Lead functional support for CSI modules (Items/BOM, MRP, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing/Shop Floor, Customer Orders, Finance touchpoints).
  • Configure forms/workflows, optimize data and processes, and ensure compliance in a regulated setting.
  • Enterprise Applications Support: Provide functional support and administration for Workfront, Autodesk Fusion Manage (PLM), OneStream, and other platforms.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Run discovery workshops, map processes, draft functional specs, and lead UAT.
  • Maintain clean and consistent master data across sites.
  • Coordinate data flows between ERP and PLM, MES/Factory Track, HRIS/Workday, and OneStream.
  • Maintain change documentation and validation evidence for regulated processes; ensure audit‑ready solutions.
  • Improve support request and escalation processes; communicate proactively on status and ETAs.
  • Build analytics (Infor OS, IDO queries; partner on OneStream/Power BI) and propose ERP‑based solutions to eliminate inefficiencies.
