We are currently seeking talented individuals with a background in purchasing to join our dynamic team, on a direct hire (direct employment) basis.
As a member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our operations in Costa Rica. We have multiple Buyer openings at various levels (starting at junior level up to senior level).

Buyer I (junior level)
  • Ideal Candidates will have:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Management / Business / Engineering or STEM. This is preferred but not required.
    • 1-3 years' experience in Purchasing (we will also consider less than one year of direct experience)
    • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and reading) Required
    • SAP ERP system experience
    • MRP experience
    • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Good analytic and problem-solving skills

Buyer II (intermediate level)
  • Ideal Candidates will have:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Management / Business / Engineering or STEM. This is preferred but not required.
    • 3-5 years' experience in Purchasing
    • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and reading) Required
    • SAP ERP system experience
    • MRP experience
    • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Good analytic and problem-solving skills

Buyer III (advanced level)
  • Ideal Candidates will have:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Management / Business / Engineering or STEM. This is preferred but not required.
    • 6+ years' experience in Purchasing
    • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and reading) Required
    • SAP ERP system experience
    • MRP experience
    • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Nice-to-Have experience (at all levels):
    • APICS / CPM certification
    • Negotiating skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Ability maintaining positive work relationships with all work associates
