This role provides expertise in clinical education, competency assessment, and best-practice development through a combination of virtual and on-site engagements.

The Consultant serves as a subject matter expert and advisor, helping leadership evaluate training needs, enhance provider performance, and support the implementation of enterprise clinical standards. This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetic clinician who enjoys coaching providers, conducting assessments, and contributing to scalable education programs in a flexible, project-based capacity.

โ€ข Provide individualized coaching and development recommendations for providers based on observed performance and identified learning needs.
โ€ข Support implementation of injectable, laser, and device-specific training pathways.

Provider Assessment & Feedback

โ€ข Conduct periodic competency evaluations and observational assessments at the request of leadership.
โ€ข Utilize established evaluation tools and clinical standards to assess technique, patient communication, documentation, and safety practices.
โ€ข Provide written findings, recommendations, and developmental feedback to designated leadership partners.

โ€ข 5โ€“7 years of hands-on clinical education experience in aesthetic medicine: injectables, energy-based devices, or skin care therapeutics

โ€ข Demonstrated experience in clinical training, staff development, or preceptorship within an aesthetic or medical setting

โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication; ability to deliver feedback constructively across provider levels

โ€ข Comfort working remotely with disciplined self-management and a high degree of accountability

Strongly Preferred

โ€ข Multi-site aesthetic, med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery experience.
โ€ข Experience developing clinical education programs, competency frameworks, or training curricula.
โ€ข Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
โ€ข Exposure to quality improvement, clinical operations, or policy and procedure development.
