Systems Implementation Specialist

As a Systems Implementation Specialist at Classic Collision, you will take on a vital role in managing our IT environment, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing efficiency through technology. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing System: Administer and manage our ticketing system to efficiently handle IT support requests, incidents, and changes. Optimize processes and implement fixes to enhance system performance.
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management): Oversee the configuration, security, and monitoring of mobile devices within the organization to ensure compliance with company policies. Install and implement MDM solutions.
  • VoIP Management Systems: Maintain and optimize our VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) communication system. Ensure clear and reliable voice services, manage settings for day-to-day work needs, and configure contact center settings. Administer VoIP systems.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline routine tasks, reducing manual effort, and enhancing system reliability. Also, take responsibility for system build-outs and maintenance.
  • Phone and Audio Network Management: Manage networked phone and audio resources, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain data security in a hybrid team collaboration environment.
  • Project and Data Management: Adapt to new environments and implement enterprise-level solutions as needed. Collaborate with other departments for solution development, installations, and build-outs.
  • Administration of Enterprise Systems: Oversee the administration of enterprise-level systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Capacity Planning: Monitor system performance and conduct capacity assessments to support scalability and growth.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with technology vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT equipment and services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience as a Systems Implementation Specialist with expertise in ticketing systems, MDM, VoIP management, and automation preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
