Job Description:

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR
* Associate degree, higher degree, or 2-year technical certification with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Experience supporting network infrastructure, hardware installations, or technical field support environments.
* Ability to work onsite across multiple locations and in both indoor/outdoor environments.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Cisco Certification preferred.
* Azure Certification preferred.
* Experience with low-voltage power systems, multimedia connectivity, and SolarWinds.
* Ability to read blueprints and floor plans.
* Experience working in collaborative, diverse, and team-focused environments.

Additional Requirements
* Must have reliable transportation for travel between work locations.
* Flexible schedule availability required.
