Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Safety Manager to join our team at Takco Construction. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety measures and protocols on construction sites or project sites to ensure the well-being of all personnel and the prevention of accidents, injuries, and property damage. This role requires proactive safety planning, inspection, training, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Planning:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety plans and policies for construction/project sites.
  • Site Inspections:Regularly inspect the site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Safety Training:Provide safety orientation and training to all personnel, subcontractors, and visitors on-site.
  • Incident Reporting:Investigate and report accidents, incidents, near-misses, and safety violations. Develop corrective action plans as needed.
  • Emergency Response:Develop and communicate emergency response plans and procedures, including evacuation and first-aid protocols.
