About the Role:
Join REELSAFE SAFETY as an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. We are dedicated to promoting a culture of safety and health, and we need passionate individuals to help us achieve our goals. This position is a Friday, Saturday & Sunday full-time position and hours are 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a proactive safety culture across the organization.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies remain compliant.
  • Assist in emergency response planning and drills to prepare for potential incidents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental health and safety roles.
  • Certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or similar are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train diverse teams.
