Job description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives on a major Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facility project. The successful candidate will provide field-based HSE leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
  • Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, lifting operations, confined space entry, excavation, and working at heights.
  • Support Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes and emergency response activities.
  • Promote proactive safety awareness among employees and contractors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of HSE field experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
  • Experience working with contractors in construction environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred.
