Job description

Are you energized by building strong partnerships, leading complex programs, and delivering measurable value for Enterprise customers? As a National Program Manager 1, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer success across a national portfolio of Enterprise accounts while owning strategy, execution, and continuous improvement from end to end.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: $70k-$80k

Schedule: Remote with up to 20% travel, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You'll Do It:

Collaborate with Enterprise/National sales team for knowledge of potential new, changes to and termination of Enterprise/National accounts.
Collaborate with Enterprise sales team on ideal customer profiles based on data and field teams.
Provides training, guidance, support & management around Enterprise/National accounts to leadership, National Service Coordinator and the field teams supporting the account.
Management and leadership to subordinates providing direction and coaching around the duties and tasks as directed.
Manage compliancy of customer requirements as outlined in customer agreements.
Train, implement, and monitor rollout of customers VMS tools, if applicable, to Central Service team and field teams supporting the account.
Collaborates and works with corporate, Central Service, and field leadership to identify process improvement and other solutions to address operational challenges.
Report feedback and recommendations to field leadership and National Service leadership on how to improve customer relationships & revenue results.
Review and report on daily/weekly/monthly data to ensure customer success, explore and make recommendations to improve customer experience.
Ensure & manage the accuracy, timelines, and efficiencies of time entry into VMS tools along with reviewing weekly timesheets.
Assist in scheduling, preparing, and attending customer QBR's when applicable.
Collaborate with the Central Service & branch offices daily/weekly with priority orders to ensure knowledge & understanding of the customer needs.
Focus on top-notch customer experience to drive high satisfaction/NPS scores for all Enterprise/National accounts.
Attend weekly 1/1 coaching & feedback with leadership & direct reports (as applicable).
Collaborate with others to develop and provide solution-based options to customers.
Initiate on-going self-improvement in relation to job development.
Set an excellent example and quality image to all company personnel, customers, business partners and the general public. Conduct activities as a company representative in an ethical and businesslike manner.
Maintain and safeguard company assets and proprietary information.
All other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

This is an experienced hire role, and you'll need to bring experience managing large staffing accounts

  • Associate degree (or equivalent work experience in the staffing industry)
  • Customer project management experience - or -
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams or multi-units
  • Experience working with an MSP and VMS
  • Understanding and application of basic math skills and financial concepts
  • Analytical and reporting skills highly desired
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, with a focus on excel
