Your Impact:

As the Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the Next Health brand through world-class events, strategic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, and evaluating experiences that drive brand awareness, member acquisition, member retention, and meaningful connections within the communities we serve.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of events, including wellness activations, grand openings, member experiences, corporate partnerships, and brand collaborations that reflect the innovation, luxury, and excellence synonymous with Next Health. You will oversee event strategy, logistics, vendor and sponsor management, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure every initiative delivers measurable business results.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Membership, and Executive leadership teams to develop and execute events that support business goals while delivering the elevated luxury experience synonymous with the Next Health brand.

  • Create exceptional guest, member, and partner experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and drive engagement.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, vendors, sponsors, and community organizations.
  • Leverage data, reporting, and performance metrics to evaluate event success, optimize future initiatives, and maximize return on investment.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a Events Manager who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience.
  • Experience planning luxury, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle events preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing events that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and event budgets.

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is $70,304 per year, plus benefits. 

Final compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. Additional elements of the total compensation package may be offered depending on role placement. Full benefit details will be provided upon offer of employment.
