The Opportunity
As a Signature Events Manager, you will focus on planning and executing successful corporate events with seamless coordination and exceptional attendee experiences. Your role will involve utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver impactful events that align with clients' objectives. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with brand management, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and execution of corporate events to deliver exceptional attendee experiences
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to validate seamless event operations
- Managing event budgets and timelines to align with organizational objectives
- Developing and implementing strategic event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
- Overseeing event health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for participants
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve event management processes
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree

July 23, 2026The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
