Nana Construction Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and supplies to support all projects as directed by project manager and site leadership.

• Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with project supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.
• Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to projects, according to job order priorities and material availability.
• Examines delivered material delivered to verify conformance to manifest and specifications.
• Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status and location of materials.
• Move or transport materials from one area to another.
• Arranges for repair and assembly of material or parts.
• Monitors and controls movement of material and parts.
• Handle materials and parts on project site as needed.
• Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) years directly related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of material used in an industrial construction setting for all crafts required.
• Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee is occasionally required to sit. Steel toed boots required on the job.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. 

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Travel may require an employee or contractor to pass a TSA security checkpoint.
