Reports to:  Arts Events Coordinator 

Job Summary:  Support the music department with daily operations.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:  Work hours will vary

  • Assist with set up and preparation for rehearsals, classes and performances

  • Ensure that spaces are organized, functional, and ready for use by choirs, bands, and other ensembles

  • Other duties as assigned
