Required Skills:
Looking to fill a UX Designer role. This individual will be collaborating with other UX designers, consulting with stakeholders, conducting research, designing web pages and mobile apps, and coordinating usability testing.
This individual must have an eye for detail and desire to innovate through design.
Must be able to collaborate effectively and influence design strategy in the development of complex applications.
Must be able to design wireframes and hi-fidelity clickable prototypes.
Strengths in front-end technologies including Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, and JQuery are a must.
2-4 years of UX design experience required.
Expectation is that they will be able to take direction and then work independently to deliver project objectives.
Basic Qualifications:

Understanding of hand-coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / jQuery.

CSS3, HTML5, responsive web design and basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred.

Must have working knowledge of the following: multimedia file formats such as mp3, wav, Flash and video, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illistrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver), social media, search engine optimization, interaction, web, mobile, app design best practices, content management systems like TeamSite, and with Web standards, cross-browser development and testing, web design and development best practices.

Strong consulting, communication, project management, time management and organization skills are required.

Must have the ability to provide a high degree of accuracy and to maintain confidentiality.

Must have an eye for design detail and passion for the user experience.

Ability to understand technical requirements and complex business rules and to interact with IT developers and business analysts regarding system processing is required.
