Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced technical solutions for high-stakes problems involving site positioning systems, GNSS receivers, and machine guidance.
  • Represent the end-user in the product development lifecycle by performing rigorous system acceptance testing on new software and hardware.
  • Create high-impact technical communications, including digital documentation and instructional videos, to educate a global audience.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex workflow defects within office and field software environments to ensure zero project downtime.
  • Partner with regional service centers and internal engineering teams to provide elite-level training and operational support.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in construction software (TBC, WorksOS) and field systems like Siteworks or machine control.
  • Professional proficiency in operating surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GNSS, and drones.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets from AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs and navigating active construction site environments.

Bonus Points For:

  • Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, or Data Prep Specialist.
  • Experience in developing multimedia training content or technical support bulletins.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
