REGIONAL CONTENT CREATOR

JOB PURPOSE

As Regional Content Creator, you'll support the Regional Marketing and Digital Marketing Managers, working collaboratively with the schools and being responsible for the creation and editing of premium quality content and assets that enhance our brand across various channels.

You'll play a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategy to ensure continued attraction, enrollment, and retention of students while building the Nord Anglia Education brand.

You will provide support in maintaining the quality and consistency of the execution of marketing projects across schools - ensuring that USPs, visual identities, and NAE campaigns are clearly and correctly reflected across all touchpoints.

You'll use understanding of schools' markets and enrollment needs to assist in developing the right brand messages ensuring that families receive an exceptional experience across each stage of their journey with our schools - from awareness and consideration, through to enrollment and advocacy. This Family Experience Journey (FEJ) is the basis of everything we do in Admissions & Marketing.

To deliver an exceptional family experience every time, you'll need to forge strong relationships with marketing colleagues from across the region and schools, so that everyone is working together to achieve our vision.

You will track and respond to digital trends and ensure all content meets with NAE standards and resonates with current and prospective parents. You will also support and upskill colleagues across our schools in creating compelling social media content aligned with brand standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Creation & Engagement

   Produce creative assets that align with our brand and vision supporting efforts to differentiate schools from competitors
   Edit short-form content for social media, newsletters etc., including interviews, vlogs, classroom moments, and parent testimonials
   Respond quickly to viral trends and adapt brand content accordingly
   Monitor social engagement metrics and continuously improve content strategies

Training and Capability Building

   Support with brand audits ensuring consistency across region
   Coach school teams in content best practices
   Run practical workshops on shooting, editing, storytelling, and platform-specific engagement
   Create guidelines, templates, and content calendars for schools to use independently

Strategic Input & Analytics
   Monitor and report on platform performance using native and third-party analytics
   Provide recommendations for improving visibility, engagement, and follower growth
   Support broader brand storytelling and digital strategy through a market-focused lens
   Research current marketing trends in the digital and creative space, sharing any interesting ideas with the team to help inspire future initiatives and campaigns.

Driving Performance
   Understand how creativity can support our brand in achieving commercial goals and reinforcing brand positioning
   Observe and learn about our competitors across region, helping the team by identifying what makes/can make us stand out and sharing those insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish and preferably Portuguese

  • Good understanding and experience in luxury, customer-facing sales industries and experience in monitoring competitor market activity

  • 3+ years' experience in content creation

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Basic understanding of web design principles (experience with tools like Figma is a plus)

  • Understanding of analytics and performance metrics

  • Demonstrate a strong creative flair with the ability to generate innovative design ideas

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with an eye for detail, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards

  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player, eager to learn from and support other team members

  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and take on new challenges

  • Brand Awareness: An understanding of the importance of brand consistency and the ability to follow brand guidelines closely

  • Excellent skills in filming and editing (using apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative, Lightroom)
