About the Position:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the Sales Sr. Manager.
This position is based at our office in Southfield.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for electronic products
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities
  • Report on performance metrics (sales growth, ROI, etc.)

What Qualifications you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred: Electronics/Engineering background)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing management
  • 5+ years experience in electronics industry or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
