About the Role

We are looking for someone to become the right hand to the Founder and play a key role in how the agency operates and grows, helping lead execution, team performance, and day-to-day operations. We are a growing multicultural marketing agency, and this role sits at the center of the company; team, clients, and execution. This is not just a job. It is an opportunity to step into a leadership role, help build structure, and turn ideas into reality. This role is both internal and external; you will help lead the team while also being part of how the agency shows up with clients and in the community.

The Mission

To turn ideas and vision into action by leading execution, strengthening team performance, and driving consistent results across the agency creating the structure and accountability needed for the business to run smoothly without depending on the Founder for day-to-day execution.

The Integrator - This person acts as the integrator of the agency; the link between vision and execution. They are responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving environment, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality work consistently.
