WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Act as support and assist the Sr. Manager of Multicultural Marketing in various elements of multicultural marketing initiatives and other assigned advertising campaigns and projects. 
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Support multicultural marketing campaigns, initiatives, and brand management across diverse consumer segments.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
  • Support digital marketing, social media, branded content, and custom marketing programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, analytics, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, CSR, and cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
  • Support Employee Resource Group (ERG) engagement and multicultural awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate vehicle procurement and logistics for marketing projects, events, and activations.
  • Manage project timelines, production schedules, deliverables, and marketing calendars.
  • Participate in campaign planning, creative development, agency reviews, and sponsorship activities.
  • Support experiential events, auto shows, product launches, and consumer activations.
  • Assist with employee engagement, multicultural education, and internal communications.
  • Analyze consumer trends and maintain Hyundai product knowledge to support marketing efforts.
  • Provide operational support, work independently, and escalate key issues to Senior Management when appropriate.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • Five or more years of experience of which at least two years of directly related experience in Marketing/Advertising.
  • Two or more years of project management experience.
  • Automotive experience a plus.
  • Agency and/or relative client-side experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels, Executive, Managerial, subordinate and agency hierarchy of personnel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective project, personnel, and budget management skills.
  • Korean language skills preferable.
  • Active in African American and Hispanic community affairs preferable.
  • Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
