Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, staffing, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives through completion.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience supporting or managing an MSP, contingent workforce, staffing agency, or vendor management program.
  • Experience with campus recruiting, university relations, early talent programs, or clinical student recruitment.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Experience building relationships with colleges, universities, academic programs, or clinical training programs.
