Overview:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MSP Operations & Account Management Specialist to strengthen relationships and improve processes with our client programs. This role is critical to improving our supplier performance metrics. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with MSP workflows, VMS platforms, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
MSP Operations & Process Optimization
  • Manage end-to-end candidate submission process through VMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with MSP requirements
  • Optimize submission workflows to reduce turnaround times and improve candidate advancement rates
  • Navigate VMS platforms with expert-level proficiency, ensuring proper submission formatting, documentation, and positioning
  • Troubleshoot submission issues and resolve technical or process-related bottlenecks quickly
  • Monitor submission analytics and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain best practices documentation for MSP engagement and submissions
  • Train internal recruiting team on MSP protocols, compliance requirements, and VMS platform usage
Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Serve as primary point of contact with MSP coordinators and account managers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with MSP stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate with MSP teams to understand requirements, priority needs, and upcoming opportunities
  • Manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently to maintain positive supplier relationships
  • Monitor supplier scorecard metrics and implement improvements to maintain preferred supplier status
  • Participate in MSP business reviews and provide performance updates
  • Ensure compliance with all MSP program policies, procedures, and SLAs
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all submissions meet quality standards and include required documentation
  • Manage rate negotiations and markup submissions in accordance with MSP guidelines
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including fill rates, time-to-fill, and submission-to-hire ratios
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and competitive positioning
  • Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing MSP programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in MSP operations, supplier management, or VMS coordination
  • Strong understanding of MSP business models, contingent workforce programs, and supplier management
  • Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, Workforce Logiq)
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume submission processes with attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of staffing industry practices and candidate lifecycle management
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, VMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to implement process improvements
