Construction Business Development / Sales

Location: Dallas, Texas

About the Role:

MSF Hospitality LLC is looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales professional to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. This independent contractor will drive company growth by cultivating client relationships, developing proposals, and strategically positioning MSF Hospitality in the construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and expand market presence across commercial, residential, and public sector construction.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with estimating and project teams to craft proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and support marketing initiatives.
  • Track business development metrics, maintain CRM records, and report on opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in construction business development or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles and procurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Bonus:

  • Base Salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year
  • Performance-Based Bonus, based on company gross revenue and project profit. Starting at 4% of project projected profit and adjusting with company growth.
