We're seeking a Customer Service & Move Coordinator to help guide customers through one of life's biggest events, their move. You'll be the friendly voice, organized planner, and problem solver who helps ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is not a call center job. Every day is different, and your work directly impacts customers, operations, and the success of the team.

What You'll Do

✔ Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries

✔ Help customers prepare for upcoming moves

✔ Coordinate communication between customers, crews, dispatch, and operations

✔ Process payments and assist with billing questions

✔ Maintain accurate customer records and paperwork

✔ Support scheduling, logistics, and daily office operations

✔ Help resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service

✔ Assist with special projects and process improvements
