Earn $20.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
The Motor Development Specialist is a program position that supports individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This position implements gross motor and sensory motor skills that are provided by the Occupational Therapist (OT) and Physical Therapist (PT). This position also provides ongoing training and monitoring for staff in areas of feeding textures, mealtime procedures, lifting, transfers, wheelchair usage, mobility, and splinting procedures.
