Summary Statement:
The Motion Graphics Designer plays a key role in bringing creative concepts to life through motion. This position is responsible for translating static key art and brand assets into dynamic, engaging motion graphics across digital signage, social media, and on-property experiences.
Working within established brand guidelines, this role collaborates closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to elevate visual storytelling through animation, typography, and motion design. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, with a passion for movement, timing, and crafting visually compelling content that enhances the overall guest experience.

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Transform static key art and campaign assets into high-quality motion graphics for digital signage, social media, and on-property displays.
  • Create engaging, animated content for LED boards, out-of-home (OOH) placements, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Apply strong typographic principles within motion design, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with designers, creative leadership, and marketing teams to concept and execute motion-based creative solutions.
  • Develop animations that align with Resorts World Las Vegas brand standards.
  • Assist in creating motion templates and toolkits for scalable campaign execution.
  • Optimize motion content for multiple formats, resolutions, and technical specifications across platforms.
  • Maintain organized project files while adhering to production workflows and deadlines.
  • Support creative presentations with motion studies, concept animations, and visual explorations.
  • Stay current with motion design trends, software, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid foundation in graphic design, layout, and composition.
  • Advanced understanding of typography in both static and motion applications.
  • Experience designing for digital signage, social media, and large-format displays.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and integrated marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or luxury brand environments.
  • Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
  • Familiarity with LED display systems and motion graphics specifications for large-scale digital environments.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age
