POSITION OVERVIEW

As Graphic Designer, Multimedia, will develop visually compelling creative assets that support digital storytelling, multimedia productions, social media initiatives, marketing campaigns, and brand experiences across the Fontainebleau Las Vegas ecosystem. This role combines strong graphic design fundamentals with working knowledge of motion graphics, animation, HTML5 banner design, and emerging AI-assisted creative tools, helping bring creative concepts to life across digital channels and multimedia platforms.

This position will collaborate closely with the Executive Creative Director, along with the Visual Production, Post-Production, Social Media, Creative Development, and Brand Marketing teams to create engaging visual content that aligns with brand standards and enhances audience engagement. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, a keen eye for visual storytelling, working knowledge of HTML5 banner development and AI-assisted creative tools, and the ability to contribute across both static and motion-based creative projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts, layouts, graphics, and multimedia assets that align with project objectives, campaign goals, and brand guidelines
  • Create digital creative assets for social media, digital marketing, video productions, paid media campaigns, websites, experiential initiatives, presentations, and other guest-facing touchpoints
  • Design static creative including social graphics, promotional materials, digital advertisements, event collateral, email assets, presentation materials, infographics, and branded marketing content
  • Assist in the development of motion graphics, animated assets, title sequences, lower thirds, video overlays, digital signage content, and other multimedia elements
  • Design and build HTML5 banners and animated display ads optimized for paid media, web, and platform specifications
  • Leverage AI-assisted creative and generative tools to support ideation, production, and asset creation while maintaining quality and brand integrity
  • Create and adapt platform-optimized social media content across formats, aspect ratios, and channels
  • Collaborate closely with Multimedia Design, Visual Production, Post-Production, Social Media, and Brand Marketing teams to support integrated campaigns and multimedia storytelling initiatives
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and distribution channels
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Fontainebleau Las Vegas brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual communications and creative executions
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of visual identity systems, design templates, graphics packages, and creative toolkits that support brand consistency and operational efficiency
  • Support video productions through the creation of supporting graphic assets, animation elements, visual treatments, and multimedia design components
  • Assist in developing motion-based creative using Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard design and animation tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, creative requirements, audience needs, and platform considerations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, organization, and design quality
  • Stay informed on emerging design trends, social media formats, animation techniques, digital storytelling approaches, and multimedia technologies
  • Contribute creative ideas, visual solutions, and design recommendations that strengthen campaign performance and audience engagement
  • Implement feedback efficiently while maintaining project timelines and creative standards
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, asset libraries, and creative resources according to departmental standards
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, freelancers, and vendors as required
  • Support the Multimedia Design team in maintaining visual consistency, creative excellence, and operational efficiency across all projects

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in brand, marketing, or employer branding environments; familiarity with social-first and digital content trends
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, multimedia, and visual design (e.g., social, video, web, campaigns)
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suiteโ€”Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
  • Experience designing and building HTML5 banners and animated display ads
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and generative design tools
  • Experience creating multimedia assets, including motion graphics, video, and interactive content
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into compelling visual assets
