Summary:
The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of creative and marketing initiatives across print, digital, social media, advertising, events, merchandise, and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with a team, is open to feedback and creative iteration, and wants opportunities to grow professionally. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, adaptable, and excited to help advance a strong Nevada-based brand.
This is an in-person role based in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
  • Design creative assets for; social media campaigns, digital ads and display banners, website graphics and web page layouts, billboards and out-of-home advertising, print advertising and collateral, promotional items, merchandise and swag, event materials and signage, motion graphics and animation creative, internal marketing and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts and creative execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development.
  • Support ongoing website and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with photography, video, and content production projects as needed.
  • Explore and incorporate AI-assisted creative tools and workflows into the design process.
  • Design print brochures, promotional collateral, signage, merchandise visuals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: marketing strategies, intake team, event organizers, agencies, content/SEO leads.
  • Optimize visual content for web/SEO (file size, alt-text, accessibility).
  • Manage content calendars and deliverables to meet deadlines and campaign plans.
  • Provide creative input and guidance for events, activations, traditional and digital plans.
  • Stay current on design, AI, and social media tends and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience, this is not a Senior Level position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creative best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting quickly.
  • Interest in AI design tools and evolving creative technology.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in professional services/law, healthcare, or insurance.
