Job Summary:
Wild Card Creative Group, born in Hollywood, is dedicated to connecting brands with global markets through creativity and data. They are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to provide technical support for employees, assist with automation, scripting, and troubleshooting business applications.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS systems.
• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot creative workflows with specific creative tools ie Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, C4D etc.
• Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on internal tools and integrations.
• Monitor system health and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, user account administration, and endpoint management.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and workflow improvement.
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, and basic software development practices.
• Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications and creative production workflows.
• Exposure to MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and identity management platforms (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications are a plus.
