Job description

Carlyle Senior Care of Fork seeks motivated and caring RNs to join our team! Our goal is to provide the best care to the residents of our community every day.

We are currently offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to Full-Time RN's

Positions Available:

Full Time 1st Shift- works Monday-Friday ONLY from 7am-3pm (No Weekends) and eligible for full benefits package

Full Time 2nd Shift- works Monday-Friday ONLY from 3pm-11pm (No Weekends) and eligible for full benefits package.

PRN - works as needed and when available on various shifts.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and customer service skills
  • Valid Registered Nurse License and CPR certification
  • Patience and Desire to work with older adults.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Make accurate and ongoing data collection and charting of the resident's condition and status.
  • Communicate with the physicians regarding resident's needs and changes in their conditions.
  • Collaborate with others to ensure the residents' well-being.
  • Assist resident's and family members with concern and empathy. Respect their confidentiality and privacy and communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Administer medications to residents in an accurate, timely manner. Monitor and document medication for residents for effectiveness of drugs and occurrence of adverse effects.
  • Assists residents with providing hands on care as needed.
  • Support, participate in developing and following residents individualized plan of care.
