WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends)
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with strong communication and multitasking skills to support Employee Health programs, compliance initiatives, case management, onboarding, and regulatory reporting
  • Monitor employee injuries and exposures through RL6 and manage case follow-up
  • Maintain Employee Health records in Agility, including incident reporting, surveillance, testing, and workers' compensation case management
  • Partner with Infection Prevention on communicable disease exposures and investigations
  • Track, analyze, and report employee health and safety trends
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards
  • Coordinate mandatory employee testing, annual physicals, new hire health screenings, immunizations, and exposure follow-up
  • Manage flu vaccination and other employee wellness/compliance programs
  • Monitor return-to-work status and communicate updates to HR and leadership
  • Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations, drug testing programs, and Employee Assistance Program requirements
  • Prepare reports and participate in Infection Control, Safety, Quality, and related committees
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and serve as liaison with the workers' compensation carrier

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required Associate's Degree Nursing/ Patient Care
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing/ Patient Care
  • Required Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board
  • Required 3 years Nursing/Patient Care
  • Preferred 1 year Ambulatory Care Experience
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association- Required within 90 days of hire
  • Preferred Drug Screening Certified -
  • Tuberculin Skin Test Certification (TB) - American Lung Association
