As a Power Platform developer on the Knowledge and Development Solutions (KDS) Digital Team, you'll partner with the Corporate Finance area to design and deliver custom SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and other digital solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to build intuitive, accessible tools that streamline workflows, improve user experience, and enhance communication. In supporting Corporate Finance, you'll be expected to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and sensitivity when working with business-critical processes and potentially confidential information. You'll be a key contributor in driving operational efficiency and ensuring digital initiatives align with business priorities.

This is a remote position for US-based work only with occasional travel to headquarters in the Cleveland, OH area 2 to 4 times per year.
Schedule: 1st shift ET, CT, or MT, Mon - Fri
Must-have qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 3 years of front-end development or related work experience
  • {OR} Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 2 years of front-end development or related work experience

Preferred skills
  • Advanced experience developing with Power Apps and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Power Automate, knowledge of Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, including strong content organization and site structuring skills and hands-on experience with SharePoint lists and libraries.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.

Compensation
  • $90,000 - $119,000/year based on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
