Job description

We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with pediatric experience for a hybrid behavioral health role. This position focuses on providing care for children aged 6 years and above in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
This would be full time perm role with primary care and urgent care centers in Bronx, NY for the daily shifts of 8-9 hours, Mon - Fri where you only need to work onsite once per week. That is For example: Mon - Onsite and rest of the days would be work from home!


Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid โ€“ 1 day onsite per week)
Schedule: Remote with one required onsite day weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health support to pediatric patients (age 6+)
  • Deliver care in a hybrid setting (primarily remote with onsite collaboration)
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of clinical experience required
  • Active New York State LMSW license
