Shift: 5AM - 2PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay: $18.70/hr starting

Location: Northside – Jacksonville, FL (32226)

What You’ll Do

As a Wire Assembler, you will:

  • Assemble and wire electrical and mechanical components for industrial power systems
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc.)
  • Stand for the duration of the shift and occasionally work on ladders assembling units up to 8 ft tall

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem solving, and learning new skills.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Experience wiring electrical components (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or related fields (a plus!)

Work Environment

  • Large open‑bay production facility with multiple workstations
  • Not climate controlled, but equipped with large industrial fans
  • PPE: safety shoes, glasses, and ear plugs may be required
  • Training Schedule (Temporary):
    • Mon–Fri: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
    • Saturday availability is mandatory

After training, you will transition to the 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
