Job Title: Value Creation Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: Onsite Tue-Thu; Remote Mon & Fri)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Strong Possibility of Extension)
Rate: Up to $90/hour
Contract Type: W-2 Only (U.S. Citizens Only - No Visa Sponsorships)


Position Summary

We are seeking a Value Creation Analyst to serve as the financial engine of a major Supply Chain Transformation initiative within the enterprise PMO. This role is responsible for tracking, validating, and reporting savings realization across multiple workstreams. The Value Creation Analyst will connect operational KPIs to measurable financial outcomes, partner closely with initiative leads to build detailed financial schedules, and ensure transparency in benefit capture. This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track, validate, and report savings realization across all Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the central point for value tracking, consolidating financial data, assumptions, cost drivers, and KPIs.
  • Build bottoms-up financial schedules with initiative leads to quantify expected value, timing, and risk factors.
  • Translate operational KPIs into measurable financial results, identifying trends and drivers affecting value capture.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure alignment, transparency, and accuracy in benefit tracking and reporting.
  • Provide early insight into potential risks or deviations in expected value realization.
  • Support leadership with dashboards, forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial insights.
  • Maintain standardized processes for value validation, documentation, and reporting across workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with PMO, Supply Chain COE, and initiative owners to ensure consistent methodology and governance.
  • Escalate value risks and recommend mitigation strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, value realization, or transformation finance.
  • Strong experience building bottom-up financial models and schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and convert it into financial impacts.
  • Skilled in forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with both Finance and operational leaders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
  • Ability to work onsite Tue-Thu in Columbus, OH.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, operations finance, or transformation programs.
  • Experience working in or supporting large enterprises or utility organizations.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Background supporting PMO or enterprise-wide initiatives.
