Summary

As the Sr. Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences for consumers and jewelers. This role focuses on creating and refining the user experience for a variety of consumer experiences to engage new and existing consumers and jewelers. You will collaborate closely with the product manager, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and scalable experience across all touchpoints of the consumer and jeweler journeys.

About the Mobile Team   

The Mobile squad is building a unified, mobile-first “digital vault” experience that becomes the personalized protection hub for customers’ most valuable possessions—one app, one vault, adaptable to each person’s collection, behaviors, and life stage. To get there, CXP brings together product, design, and engineering in a tight cross-functional squad model that shares ownership of outcomes and prioritizes work based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. They collaborate closely with partners and enabling teams to ensure the experience is consistent, scalable, and ready for future growth. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the design of user experiences within the Mobile team, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and user-centered experience for consumers. 
  • Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and engineers to define vision and strategy, translating business goals into intuitive design solutions. 
  • Work within a small, empowered team to balance business objectives with user needs, ensuring designs are implemented as intended. 
  • Collaborate closely with other product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions. 
  • Produce all design assets, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate concepts effectively. 
  • Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve product usability and satisfaction. 
  • Review data and test results to understand consumer needs, pain points, and behaviors, synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions. 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring a consistent design language across all touchpoints. 

What You’ll Bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, designing B2B and some B2C products. 
  • Experience designing mobile experiences with a strong understanding of responsive design principles. 
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to improve design solutions. 
  • A deep empathy for users, with the ability to conduct interviews, analyze feedback, and prioritize product features. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
