General Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Designs, develops, and tests new features and enhancements across web and mobile applications, contributing to technical design decisions and architecture. Utilizes technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, Flutter, Web API, SQL Server, and AWS services to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Collaborates with QA, Product Management, and Customer Care teams to support and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Plays an active role in API development and integration, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AWS-based services and architectures.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Build and integrate serverless backend services using services like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Collaborate with product owner to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces.
  • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and handle offline-first and caching scenarios.
  • Implement authentication and authorization flows (e.g., OAuth/OIDC).
  • Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage across devices.
  • Manage app store releases and CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the mobile and serverless stack.
  • Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and AWS best practices and bring improvements to the team.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties described above.   • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of professional mobile development experience, with hands‑on Flutter and Dart expertise.
  • Proven experience building and deploying serverless applications on AWS, especially Lambda.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Strong understanding of state management patterns in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
  • Experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, app store submission, and release management.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, testing, and version control (Git).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex) to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Native iOS/Android experience, infrastructure‑as‑code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform), and exposure to push notifications and analytics tooling.
  • Industry knowledge of residential construction, homebuilding, or construction management software is a plus.
