Job description

Unified for Progress, Inc, seeks a Lead Mobile Software Developer in the Austin, Texas area. Will receive and interpret product mock-ups, design, and high-level specifications for the company's mobile application(s) across diverse devices and operating systems. Interface with other lead developers to ensure compatibility between back-end and front-end systems and application. Managing the release cycle(s) for the company's mobile application(s). Regularly implement new front-end mobile technologies to keep the company's mobile application(s) up to date. Using these tools: React Native, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Javascript Style Sheets (JSS), Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets (SASS). Proficiency in integrating and customizing push notification services such as OneSignal or Firebase, including support for media-rich notification and user-specific routing. Utilizing REST APIs to pass data between front-end clients and back-end systems. Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Adobe XD. Extensive knowledge of iOS and Android system constraints and application requirements. Experience with publishing mobile applications to the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Using Figma to understand UX requirements and reviewing specification documents to translate product needs into project tasks.
