Mulesoft Tech Lead

Madison, WI – Onsite

Fulltime Permanent Position

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated MuleSoft Technical Lead with strong integration expertise and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable and reliable API solutions. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of MuleSoft based integrations while ensuring high performance and stability across enterprise systems. The position involves working closely with development, QA, and platform support teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and maintain seamless integrations. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions while ensuring thorough documentation of incidents and resolutions. The role also requires active collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and delivery of integration initiatives. As a technical leader, you will mentor and guide offshore team members, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure best practices in integration development and monitoring. You will also be expected to support system monitoring, respond to operational alerts, and participate in on call support when required to maintain service reliability.

Required Skill

  • Around four years of strong technical experience working with MuleSoft integration platforms and enterprise API development.
  • Solid understanding of MuleSoft architecture, connectors, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working with MuleSoft connectors for platforms such as Salesforce and Big Query.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Experience working with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace to monitor integrations and system performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
  • High attention to detail with experience monitoring system logs, tracking incidents, and maintaining proper documentation.
