Job description

Earn $22 per hour plus cash tips while helping lead the front-of-house team at Kafenio Greek Diner, an established neighborhood restaurant in Decatur. This full-time Restaurant Shift Manager role offers approximately 40 hours per week with no late nights, giving you the opportunity to work alongside an experienced, low-turnover team serving authentic scratch-made Greek cuisine.
Previous full-service restaurant serving experience is required. This role is well-suited for an experienced server ready to step into restaurant management or a current Shift Manager looking for a stable, long-term position. You'll lead front-of-house operations during service, coach the team, maintain hospitality standards, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
You'll join an independently owned restaurant with loyal neighborhood regulars, an all-day breakfast program, and a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality.
