EESOH-MIS User Support Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective user support is crucial for your client's future. You're eager to apply your experience and environmental knowledge to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you'll be trusted to translate user needs to software requirements by guiding development of enterprise platforms. Using effective requirement capture techniques you'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to develop and contribute to transformative system solutions.

In this role, you'll directly impact Air Force by accelerating capability by translating user needs into system requirements and resolving user issues with system insight. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Air Force environmental system or process support

  • Experience providing guidance on enterprise systems to DoW personnel

  • Knowledge of EESOH-MIS system

  • Ability to develop and maintain user-focused training materials

  • Ability to provide user-focused support to resolve in-system issues and provide resolution assistance through direct user engagement or escalation of system and training gap

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with system testing, including drafting and execution of test scripts

  • Ability to work on a dispersed team

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
