Job description

Title: Recruitment Specialist / Data Mining Specialist
Position: Full-Time, Hourly
Based at: TCR - Greenville
Position Summary: Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying potential patients from EHR systems to determine eligibility in TCR trials under the direction of the TCR Recruitment Manager.

Primary Accountabilities:
• Data mine databases for potential study candidates
• Forward identified patients to recruitment team for pre-screening and scheduling
• Pre-screen candidates with Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
General Accountabilities:
• Update patient information in Clinical Conductor, CRIO and eCW
• Track telephone encounters from eCW
• Data mining databases
