Project Manager / Estimator โ€“ Custom Millwork

Job Description
We are looking for skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.ย  The individual will be responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications of a custom millwork project, sourcing the material and presenting the proposal to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain client relationships with existing customer base.
Review project drawings to determine itemized list of materials needed for the specific project.
Contact vendors for pricing and quotes for varying types of materials for each type of project.
Develop written proposals and pricing to review with clients.

Eligibility Requirements
Experience driving sales and developing relationships with clients.
Ability to read basic drawings and interpret specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extreme attention to detail and organization.
Preferable basic understanding of millwork & woodworking.
