Production Supervisor - Millwork

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead millwork operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on driving daily production, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating workflow across the shop floor.

What You'll Do

  • Review work orders and translate them into shop-ready jobs

  • Support CNC/router programming and job setup

  • Coordinate materials, workflow, and production schedules

  • Supervise and support a small production team

  • Maintain strong safety and quality standards

  • Troubleshoot issues and keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in production or shop-floor supervision

  • Basic CAD knowledge and CNC programming exposure

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Hands-on leadership style with mechanical aptitude

Nice to Have

  • Experience with routing/scheduling production jobs

  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes
