Position Summary

Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Project Administrator to support company leadership and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment, can manage multiple priorities, and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
  • Take meeting minutes and track action items to completion.
  • Provide administrative support along with project support.
  • Maintain project documents and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute project submittals with accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in executive support, project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred
