They are seeking a collaborative professional who can work seamlessly with talented designers, drafters, in-house engineering teams, consultants, and contractors to move projects forward. What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with and mentor designers and drafters
  • Perform building assessments and writing reports
  • Plan and execute projects from inception through completion on schedule and within budget
  • Utilize BIM software and visualization methods
  • Incorporate best practices and sustainability strategies into designs
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations and code requirements
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors
  • Review specifications
  • Perform field observation, oversee construction administration, and ensure adherence to design intent
  • Review submittals, pay requests, change orders, etc.
  • Manage project close-out and ensure successful project delivery
  • Present to clients and the public
  • Responsible for project profitability and client maintenance


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture
  • 7+ years of architectural experience, with a strong background in healthcare, education, civic, community, or commercial projects
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality and award-winning work
  • NCARB licensure with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • Proficiency with Revit, BIM software, and Bluebeam
  • Strong design sensibility with a solid understanding of design theory
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and working with diverse project partners
