Job description

Job Summary:
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm focused on creating opportunities for clients, people, and communities. They are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the strategy, development, implementation, and management of Development Governance and Product Initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes across product areas.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, own, and continuously improve the governance model and operating cadence for architecture decision-making, ensuring decisions are documented, reviewed, communicated, and periodically revalidated.
• Lead partnership with Enterprise Architecture to translate enterprise-wide standards and decisions into actionable guidance for CLA teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and traceability of impacts across the portfolio.
• Oversee product and tool selection governance, including establishing evaluation criteria, decision forums, approval pathways, and exception handling; ensure decisions balance team autonomy with enterprise standards and risk management.
• Own and maintain the SDLC governance roadmap, defining maturity checkpoints, prioritizing improvements, and reporting progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
